Volunteer

We are gearing up to keep you more informed of how you can help us grow, cook, share and recycle food in Lexington. Click on our volunteer calender to see when and where you can help with our mission of growing, cooking, sharing, and recycling food.

Seedleaf’s Volunteer and Event Calender

If any of these events interest you, please feel free to email Andy at andy@seedleaf.org. This will help us gauge how much work we can or cannot accomplish on our volunteer days.

In the meantime, feel free to fill out our volunteer survey so we can better gauge how you might work with us. Seedleaf’s Volunteer Survey!

I just moved to town from Denver and would love to get involved with your organization. I have experience teaching community compost classes through Denver Urban Gardens. I am also interested in getting a garden plot in one of your gardens.

I am interested in volunteering. I am available after 530 M-F and anytime on the weekends.

Rebecca gave a wonderful presentation about Seedleaf to our group last week and got me fired up to participate. I’m a so -so- but enthusiastic!- gardener (read labor, not management) who would like to volunteer on a drop-in basis, since I am out of state often. How much advance notice do you need and what activities would be most appropriate?
