We had a great time last night at Alfalfa’s. Carolyn did a great job leading the charge, and we had an enthusiastic crowd for a seasonal soup that didn’t even require a stove! (How’s that for season-appropriate?)
Don’t worry if you couldn’t make it last night–we will offer more of these events in the coming months. Also, we have a number of Gazpacho Kits available for sale. Come by the Seedleaf Farms market stand on Thursday afternoon (tomorrow) at Third Street Stuff between 4 and 5:30pm, and for $10 you can get all the ingredients (excepting the vinegar and olive oil) and the recipe for this summer soup.
