In the evening of Tuesday, August 7th, there is a great opportunity for you to help Seedleaf and for you to get some fantastic Gazpacho (along with its recipe).
Chef Carolyn Gilles will lead our Soup’s In! event at Alfalfa’s, where she will teach participants how to make a fantastic Gazpacho soup. Once we finish the soup, we will eat together, and everyone will be able to take some home. What’s leftover will be donated to a local feeding organization.
This is a fundraiser for Seedleaf, so admission is either $35 for in individual or $50 for two people. This is just the 2nd Soup’s In! fundraiser, and we’d love to keep doing them, because they are a great way for folks in the local food community to network, and because these fundraisers help sustain Seedleaf’s work in the community. The first one at Thai Orchid in February 2012 was a great (and delicious) success, and we hope you’ll help us make this one a success, too!
